Emmett's 2 week stats

Today Emmett had his 2 week check up although officially he is 2 weeks and 3 days old. He weighed in at 9lbs 2oz a full pound over his birth weight. The doctor said the goal is gaining back up to the birth weight by 2 weeks and Emmett has easily surpassed that goal. I've been blessed with another eager eatter. He was 21.5 inches a 1/2 inch longer than at birth.

9 lbs 2 oz- 55th percentile
21.5 inches- 70th percentile



Yesterday was a big day for Emmett. He had his first bottle which he took without hesitation and he had his first real bath. He started out the bath by peeing on Miles. Miles was not happy which was ironic because Miles pees in the tub almost every night. Anyway, Emmett liked relaxing in the warm water, but wasn't so keen on the actual bathing. That's exactly the way Miles was as a baby.
